Important advice about phishing messages on XING

Answer

Phishing messages are repeatedly circulating on and outside of XING, promising you, for example, an award, informing you that a fake profile has been created in your name, or asking you to check your security settings and confirm your account again. These messages do not come from XING. Therefore, please do not click on the provided links and do not enter your login credentials through these links!

For further verification, we ask you to report the messages directly to us as spam. As long as the affected message is still in your XING inbox, open it and click on the three dots next to it, then select "Report as spam or misuse." If you are using a mobile device, press and hold the message you want to report. A pop-up with the reporting function will then appear. If you received a suspicious message regarding your XING account via email, please forward it to us at en-quality (at) xing.com.
