Answer
- Go to the "Memberships & Invoices " section (above the small profile picture on the top right).
- Choose the type of membership for which the invoice should be changed (Example: Premium, ProJobs).
- Make your changes under the specific area.
- Then click on "Save".
We will then use your new billing data for future invoices. Do you need an already issued invoice with the new address? Then please change the address as described above. Then write to us using the contact form. We will be happy to issue you with an amended invoice.
- The numbers must be entered without spaces or special characters.
- Only the validity date of the credit card has changed? Then all data must be entered again.
- For credit cards, also enter the current verification number.
- Try another internet browser or delete cookies and cache.
- Is 3D-Secure set up for your credit card? Please contact your bank if there are any difficulties.
