Answer
- Go to the "Memberships & Invoices" section.
- Click on your membership.
- Click on “Billing address” at the bottom.
- Depending on what you want to change, click on the pencil next to the address or payment details.
- Make your changes.
- Then click on “Save”.
- The numbers must be entered without spaces or special characters.
- Only the validity date of the credit card has changed? Then all data must be entered again.
- For credit cards, also enter the current verification number.
- Try another internet browser or delete cookies and cache.
- Is 3D-Secure set up for your credit card? Please contact your bank if there are any difficulties.
