The membership/add-on I purchased using the app isn’t working

If you can’t access your XING Premium or XING ProJobs functions, please try logging out and back in again.

If that doesn’t solve the problem please go to your Settings in the XING app. At the bottom of the page you’ll find the “Restore purchase” option. Please ensure that you are using the most current version.
