Your XING Profile after you pass away

When you pass away, your legal heirs can request access to your XING profile data (*).

You may, however, choose to have your XING data deleted instead of passing it on to your legal successors. Please click here to select whether your profile should be deleted when you pass away.

We will always take your profile offline and deactivate it once we receive notification of you passing away. If you choose to have your profile deleted in full, this will take place 12 months after receipt of notification and deactivation of your profile.

(*) Data will only be provided to a legal successor by submitting ID – a digital copy of their identity card (front and back) or passport with current proof of residency and a copy of the certificate of inheritance. Please note that data will only be sent to the e-mail address from which verification is submitted.
