Crawled job ads on XING

Answer

Like search engines, XING also uses a so-called “crawler”, which searches links online for new job offers. If the crawler finds a job ad, it verifies the key information it contains such as the job description, place of work and company advertising the vacancy. If this generates sufficient data that meets XING’s own quality standards, the job ad will be included in XING Jobs. The quality of the ad in Jobs depends here on the quality of the original ad. If it is changed or deactivated on the original website, the crawler will update this information in XING Jobs. This gives XING members access to a broad selection of publically advertised job vacancies.
