Write event update


You can write an event update if you booked Event Plus for your event. It will be displayed in the news feed of people who visited your event page.

  1. Go to the event page of the event you want to promote.
  2. Click write event update in the menu tab promote or under visitors.
  3. Enter a text (up to 120 characters) and upload an image (JPG, BMP, PNG, max. 20 MB).
  4. (Optional) Select a reason for sending to be able to track your event update. You're the only one who sees this selection. It will be used in the History & Statistics table in the event update section.
  5. (Optional) Do you want to display your event update to visitors who are already on your guest list? Tick the corresponding box.
  6. Send Update.

In the event update section you see:

  • how many visitors of your event page will see your event update
  • how many event updates you've left for this event
  • how many event updates you've posted already
  • information regarding the posted event udpates

Here you can also delete existing event updates. They won't be displayed to the visitors of your event page anymore.
