You can write an event update if you booked Event Plus for your event. It will be displayed in the news feed of people who visited your event page.
- Go to the event page of the event you want to promote.
- Click write event update in the menu tab promote or under visitors.
- Enter a text (up to 120 characters) and upload an image (JPG, BMP, PNG, max. 20 MB).
- (Optional) Select a reason for sending to be able to track your event update. You're the only one who sees this selection. It will be used in the History & Statistics table in the event update section.
- (Optional) Do you want to display your event update to visitors who are already on your guest list? Tick the corresponding box.
- Send Update.
In the event update section you see:
- how many visitors of your event page will see your event update
- how many event updates you've left for this event
- how many event updates you've posted already
- information regarding the posted event udpates
Here you can also delete existing event updates. They won't be displayed to the visitors of your event page anymore.
